What is Hive Wallet?
Hive Wallet is a desktop wallet for the Hive blockchain. It lets you manage HIVE, HBD, transfers, and account actions from a self-custodial app.
Where are my private keys stored?
Your keys stay on your machine. The wallet is designed around local key storage, so your account access is not held by a hosted service.
Which systems are supported?
Hive Wallet is offered for Windows, macOS, and Linux. Choose the installer that matches your desktop platform in the downloads above.
Can I manage multiple accounts?
Yes. You can add multiple Hive accounts and switch between them from the app while keeping each account's balances, activity, and imported keys separate.
Are Hive transactions free?
Hive uses resource credits instead of per-transaction fees. Most everyday transfers and account actions do not require paying a separate network fee.
Can I reverse a transaction?
No. Confirmed Hive transactions cannot be cancelled or edited by the wallet. Always check the recipient account, amount, token, and memo before sending.
What should I back up?
Back up your Hive private keys and keep them offline in a secure place. If you lose the keys, the wallet cannot recover account access for you.
Where can I get help?
